Location and Directions
The Arbutus Arts Festival is located in the center of Arbutus, Maryland, 21227. The festival extends all the way down East Drive, from North Avenue to past the Hollywood Movie Theater. It also extends down Linden Avenue, from East Drive to the Arbutus Fire Department and Town Hall parking lots. Use GPS address 5407 East Drive, 21227.
From Towson and all points North: Take the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) to Exit 12A (Southwestern Blvd). Bear right (midway down ramp) to Leeds Ave and go to the stop sign. Turn left onto Leeds Ave. Make the first left onto North Ave into the shopping center parking lot.
From Glen Burnie and all points South: Take the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) to Exit 10 (Washington Blvd – Rt 1) and turn left off of the ramp. Make a right at the second traffic signal onto Ridge Road. Stay on Ridge Road until you cross over the railroad bridge. Make the first right onto Oregon Avenue. Street parking is available on side streets.
General Parking
Parking is available on all side streets throughout Arbutus, in the Save-a-Lot parking lot, and south of the Hollywood Theater on Oregon Ave and Carville Ave.
Accessible Parking
The Arbutus Arts Festival Committee would like to make the public aware of our designated accessible parking spaces. There will be limited space available in the small parking lot for Chesapeake Bank, off of Poplar Ave. (which is off of Highview Ave). Permits will need to be shown to the police officer to enter. Accessible parking will also be available in the shopping center lot near North Avenue.
We ask the public to please respect the needs of disabled individuals and leave these spaces reserved for those patrons.
